Kate Garland has been teaching yoga, meditation, breathwork and facilitating women's awakening to their own healing since 1999. A graduate of the University of Notre Dame, and the Yoga Therapy Rx program at Loyola Marymount University, Kate has over 30,000 hours working with clients in the intuitive and healing arts realm, specializing in transformation through nervous system regulation, practical life skills, energy work, and using the wisdom tools of Classical Yoga.
A little more. . .
After 25 years of teaching yoga classes, breathwork, and the Healing Arts within my own Yoga Therapy practice, yoga studio, and online, my passion now is to help women in midlife awaken out of a “default life” with practical wisdom tools and connection to their intuition so that they can create the enjoyment, ease, and exhilaration that is their birthright.
I am part Oracle and part Life Advisor.
My genius is marrying 3D (practical, earth-bound, real-life) tools with the 5D (energetic, unconscious, spirit world). Here is what you can expect from working with me:
Practical Life Advice: Practical and actionable wisdom and tools on managing daily life challenges - such as stress and relationships - with the goal of ultimately cultivating true Life Alignment.
Somatic Practices: simple and repeatable breathwork, movements, physical releases, and other practices to regulate your nervous system, release tension and trauma from the body, and help your dear physical form find homeostasis.
Energy Work & Spiritual Insights: By connecting to my guides and yours, we receive the purest guidance on what would be in your highest good to bring your attention to, feel, release, and transmute. Cultivating a relationship with your own intuition/Higher Self/guides is also a huge part of the work that I do.
A Personalized Approach: Again, your guides help direct me to your individual needs, and I also use Human Design as a potent tool to understand your unique constitution and soul curriculum in this life.
Supportive Environment: Nothing can heal in fear, and because of this, creating safety in your system and in all the containers that I hold is of primary importance. You can always expect to feel welcome, safe, and accepted just as you are.
