This course will show you exactly where you are overgiving, leaking your energy, squandering your time and help you come Home to yourself.

Our practical tools of understanding Life Alignment will cultivate balance so that you be more of your Authentic Self and can experience enjoyment, ease and exhilaration on a daily basis.

This course will be taught as a live video course over three months. It will consist of:

  • Six teaching modules sharing the 7 realms of our life and how to optimize them both with concrete and energetic tools. We’ll approach this equally from the 3D and the 5D, as this combo is my specialty!

  • Three Coaching Calls to live-coach those who wanting to gain solutions to a personal challenge in real time. 

  • Three Q&A calls to clarify and problem solve as we begin to make major changes in our inner and outer worlds.

  • 24 Nervous System Regulating tools taught over the course of our 13 sessions together, that you can easily practice on a daily basis to create more safety in your body, ease in your mind, and the foundation for true change in your life. These somatic drills are simple physical, meditative and breathing practices we will learn together each time we meet.

  • Private community group where we can engage together, in small groups and/or with a chosen soul sister for support and accountability.

I am teaching the course for the very first time this August and opening the doors to just a handful of women who want to help me fine-tune this offering.

Future iterations of this course will be priced around $2,000.
